Honda today unveiled the CB150R Streetfire naked bike at the Jakarta Motorcycle Show held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Based on the fully-faired CBR150R, the Streetfire is powered by a liquid-cooled 150cc single cylinder that employs Honda's PGM-Fi fuel injection technology and is good for about 18bhp. Given that the bike would be lighter than the faired version, expect it to be a tad quicker off the block as well. The CB150R should also be nimble to ride in the city, given it comes equipped with wide handlebars and a truss frame.
It is not clear if Honda plans to launch the CB150R in India anytime soon, but a possibility cannot be ruled out.
Here is an advertisment of the CB150R and some pictures from the launch.
