Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 ABS Features and Overview

The 2016 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is the latest performance bike from Bajaj. It is the most powerful and fastest Pulsar till date, not to mention also the first one to be fitted with a full-fairing. The Pulsar RS200 is powered by a fuel-injected version of the 200cc liquid-cooled engine found in the 200NS. The RS200 is best-suited for riding enthusiasts who want a fast and sporty bike that can be used on a daily basis, and can do leisure rides on. Rivals include the Yamaha R15, the Honda CBR 150R, and the KTM RC200.

The 2016 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 price as of February 2016 is Rs.1,30,945(ex-showroom, Delhi), and is available in three colours, red, black, and yellow. The Pulsar RS 200's mileage is 45 kmpl.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 features sharp-styling, and incorporates an aerodynamic full-fairing for a sporty touch, and for protection from wind-blast at high-speeds. The bike offers a sporty seating posture which feels quite comfortable, even during long stints of riding.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is powered by a 199cc four-valve liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that develops 23.3 bhp and 18.3 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 comes equipped with telescopic forks up front, and a gas-charged monoshock at the rear.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 gets disc brakes at the front and at the rear. This setup offers excellent braking performance for both city and highway use. Single-channel ABS is available, and if specified, it improves the braking performance by a big margin.

Those looking for a fully faired bike that performs well in both the highway and in city lanes will find the RS 200 appealing. Check out the Pulsar RS 200 review in the section below.
