Triumph Bonneville Features and Overview

Triumph Motors have recently launched the all new 2016 Triumph Bonneville, a timeless classic and a definite eye-catcher. Powered by an 865cc engine, this machine embodies elegance and sophistication.

The 2016 Triumph Bonneville should deliver an average mileage of 20 kmpl in real-world conditions. It is priced at Rs.5,70,000(ex-showroom, Delhi) and comes in three colours namely Lunar silver, Phantom black and Crystal white/Sapphire blue.

The Bonneville sports a royal look and its stylish and seamless design is meant to offer the rider a majestic feel while riding this classy beast. The 16-litre capacity fuel tank is aesthetically pleasing and the overall build quality and finish is excellent. In terms of ergonomics, this bike offers good seating comfort to the rider as well as the passenger.

Powering the Triumph Bonneville is an air-cooled double overhead cam twin cylinder 865cc engine that outputs a peak power of 67bhp at 7500rpm and develops a torque of 68Nm at 5800rpm. The gearbox is a 5-speed manual transmission unit.

The Bonneville comes with an upside down telescopic fork suspension unit with 120mm travel at the front and a twin shock absorber unit with adjustable preload and 100mm travel at the rear.

Two single disc brakes of 310mm diameter and 255mm diameter are employed at the front and rear sections respectively.

The Triumph Bonneville is a refined and well-designed performance bike and is well suited to all types of commutes.
