Ducati's Riding Mode feature is an electronic system which helps the rider to instantly vary the the power output, throttle response, suspension setting, and level of intervention from the traction control and ABS systems according to road conditons and rider preferences, all in one go. The levels are pre-set into different modes:
1. Urban, which offers low power, soft throttle response, soft suspension, and high level of intervention from the ABS and traction control systems, for city riding;
2. Touring, which offers full power, soft throttle response, soft suspension, and intermediate level of intervention from ABS and traction control;
3. Sport mode, which offers full power, instant throttle response, stiff suspension, and least intevention from the ABS and traction control systems.
Each mode can personalized to match the rider's preferences.
